Parts and Credits

As soon as you notice damage on an item, immediately contact your Marketing Specialist that is responsible for the damaged piece.  Please have the model number and serial number available at this time. 

Ashley handles damaged products that are under warranty in three ways.

1st Step - Replacement Parts

                  - Ashley offers many parts on our items to make quick and easy repairs.  

2nd Step - Partial Credit 

                   -If the affected area on the item is not replaceable, but sellable, Ashley issues partial 

                   credit.  This amount can be determined after speaking to your Marketing specialist.   

                   Pictures may be needed to issue credit.  

3rd Step - Full Credit

                   -If the item is damaged beyond repair and not sellable, Ashley will issue full credit.    

                   Pictures of the damage are needed in order to receive full credit.
